Leo’s Painting Solutions Is Now IronCrest Painting
*You may still see some older reviews mention Leo’s Painting Solutions, but it’s the same trusted local painting team, now moving forward as IronCrest Painting.
Fading paint, cracked caulk, peeling siding, and wood rot do not fix themselves. Left alone they get worse every season and cost significantly more to address later. IronCrest Painting serves Denver homeowners across Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Arvada, and the greater Denver Metro Area with exterior restorations that address every surface, every gap, and every problem before premium paint products ever touch the wall.
We work with premium exterior paint products designed for long-lasting durability, protection, and curb appeal. Every project includes detailed preparation, clean workmanship, and a final walkthrough to ensure quality results.
Siding is the first thing people see and the first thing Colorado weather attacks. We paint wood siding, vinyl siding, composite siding, fiber cement, stucco, and brick across the Denver Metro. Every siding project starts with a full power wash to strip dirt, mildew, and chalk from the existing surface. From there our painting teams scrape, sand, fill any gaps or cracks with appropriate filler, and prime every bare and unpainted surface before high-quality acrylic latex paint goes on.
Trim and fascia take more abuse than any other part of a home exterior. Direct sun exposure, moisture contact, and impact from hail and debris means the finish deteriorates faster here than anywhere else. We paint and prep all trim, fascia boards, soffits, window surrounds, and architectural detail using premium exterior paint products and finishes for high-exposure surfaces. Clean, sharp lines throughout. No tape bleed, no lap marks, no rushed edges.
A freshly painted front door or garage door changes the entire feel of a home from the street. We paint steel, wood, and fiberglass doors using specialty paints and custom finishes that hold up to daily use, direct sun, and temperature swings. Surface prep includes sanding, degreasing, and priming before finish coats go on. Color consultation included so your doors work with your overall color trends and exterior palette.
A full exterior restoration is the most significant investment a Denver homeowner can make in their property’s appearance and longevity. IronCrest handles complete exterior restorations across Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, and the greater Denver Metro using advanced techniques, Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and premium materials chosen for Colorado’s climate. We coordinate the full scope from power washing and drywall repairs to final inspection so you are not managing multiple contractors.
You're letting a crew work on the outside of your home for days. Ironcrest is fully licensed, insured, and bonded so you are covered completely. We carry documentation ready for HOA boards, property managers, and homeowners who need proof before work begins.
Equipment, ladders, tarps, and paint materials are organized and secured at the end of every workday. No mess left on your driveway, no paint on your landscaping, no tools sitting on your porch overnight. We leave the site clean daily without being asked.
We use Sherwin-Williams Gallery Series Paint and Benjamin Moore exclusively. High-quality acrylic latex paints and specialty exterior paints selected based on the specific surface and exposure each part of your home faces.
Choosing exterior paint colors is harder than choosing interior colors. The light changes throughout the day, the finish affects how the color reads from the street, and HOA requirements can limit your options.
Every exterior painting project comes with a written 4-year workmanship warranty. If anything fails due to our application or materials within that period, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. All products and colors are documented at project close.
Most exterior paint failures trace back to poor surface preparation, not the paint itself. Our team of passionate painters treats prep as the most important part of the job. Power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, and filling every gap before finish coats go on. That's what separates an exterior paint job that lasts from one that starts peeling in two seasons.
We walk your entire exterior with you, assess every surface, identify problem areas like soft wood, failed caulk, and fading paint, and hand you a written flat-price proposal before we leave. No pressure. Most estimates scheduled within 48 hours of your first call.
We confirm your paint colors, finish types, and product choices for each surface before work begins. Free color consultation included. We help you choose from Sherwin-Williams Gallery Series, Benjamin Moore, and specialty paint options that work for your home's exposure, architecture, and color trends in your area.
Power washing comes first. Then scraping, sanding, caulking and sealing all gaps, filling cracks, addressing any wood rot, and priming every bare and primed surface before finish coats go on. Landscaping, windows, and hardscape are masked and protected throughout.
Finish coats go on using professional sprayers, brushes, and rollers depending on the surface. Our painting teams cut precise lines on all trim, fascia, doors, and detail work. We do a full final inspection with you before closing the job and hand you your 4-year written workmanship warranty with all products, colors, and sheens documented.
